Salesforce emails rebrand - Canada Post


The campaign
Canada Post has countless important transactional emails for its customers related to its many products and services. Hundreds of these emails were designated to move into Salesforce. They also needed to be rebranded.
The challenge
The emails were in need of a UX overhaul as many had been written many years ago, contained some inaccurate or poorly articulated information, were vague and left users frustrated and confused. Many of the emails were also heavily coded with variable data and needed to be reverse engineered by Danielle and the development team before being rewritten.
The solution
Together with a senior designer, Danielle revamped the content for about 100 emails before the project was paused due to funding constraints. The content was rewritten and optimized for scan-ability, UX best practices, accessibility and clarity. Danielle and the senior designer worked closely together and with many stakeholders from the organization to ensure all changes to copy and design met their objectives and addressed their pain points.
