Our team is full of highly skilled experts with impressive work experience that extends far beyond our company. Some of us met while working together on projects at corporations like Canada Post. The following individuals are part of our core team, but we bring in other freelancers and businesses as well when a project requires their expertise.

Danielle has worked in marketing and communications for over 15 years. Prior to launching Brand Dew Media, she was the VP of Operations for Neighbourhood Buzz, a marketing agency that served Canada’s leading property management companies. In 2017, she acquired the agency’s clients and brought them into Brand Dew Media which serves a broader client base. She’s done a ton of marketing, writing, editing, video production and design work for marketing agencies, non-profits, apps, tech companies, ecommerce businesses and more. She’s been a Content Lead and Senior UX writer and editor for Canada Post for the past 5 years.

Brandon is a Co-founder at Brand Dew Media. He has been a writer for over 15 years. He is a screenwriter and filmmaker - his first feature film was screened at NXNE. He has worked on multiple television series as a screenwriter, worked as a DV screenwriter for Corus Entertainment, and created his own animation series. He has been a marketing writer and editor for many years, writing blog articles, emails, newsletters and more for big and small businesses. He has been a Senior UX writer and editor for Canada Post for the past 2 years.

Felix is a senior visual designer who creates powerful aesthetic messaging to inform and engage viewers in digital experiences. He works as a Senior UX designer for Canada Post and in past years has worked as a UX/UI Designer for Air Canada, a Senior Designer for Razorfish, a Graphic Designer for TD, and a Visual Designer for RBC.

Terry is a UX/UI and product designer. He strongly believes that design should always be interconnected with revenue. Over the past decade, he’s been committed to creating designs that go beyond mere aesthetics, providing practical solutions that contribute to the financial success of companies and resonate with users. He’s engaged with numerous ecommerce platforms and customers, consistently keeping in mind the essence of these interactions in his design process. He’s worked as a Product Designer for Canada Post and the UX design lead and Senior Graphic Designer for Canada Computers.

James is a designer and video editor with over a decade of experience in crafting conceptual journeys that narrate captivating stories. He works on digital design, branding, UX / UI, video editing, and print design for B2B and B2C clients. He’s worked across a number of industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, commercial fuels, biochemistry, retail, travel and tourism,  hospitality, tech and automotive.

Yolanda is a senior freelance graphic and web designer with over two decades of experience. She’s worked with clients from several industries as a freelance designer and an in-house corporate and agency designer. She’s worked on a wide range of design projects including logo design and branding, reports, publications, brochures, flyers, signage, vehicle wraps, promotional materials, and websites.

Andrew is a UX Designer with a background in HCI and AI. He’s worked in gaming, education, and AR/VR for big and small companies. He’s particularly passionate about sports, healthcare, and emerging technologies, but is constantly challenging himself to dive into new territories and learn new skills.

Dave is is a copywriter and UX content designer whose professional credo is "make bad things good and good things better." He most recently worked on the Consumer UX team at Canada Post building and rebuilding consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile platforms. Over his career, Dave has worked for and with big agencies (McCann, Tank, Sid Lee, Cossette), small agencies (Entrinsic, Art + Science, Boisvert-Gayle), startups (Kountable, BeatConnect, Algomed), and media brands (Hallmark Channel, Spotify, Buzzfeed, C2 Montréal, Amber Mac Media) in senior creative, editorial, strategy, and QA roles. As a journalist, his bylines have appeared in the Globe and Mail, Reader's Digest, HuffPost, Exclaim!, Hour Magazine, and elsewhere. As an educator, he has been a sessional instructor at George Brown College and a guest lecturer at Centennial College, Algonquin College, and Miami Ad School.

Alison Ruks brings over 15 years of experience as a senior marketing leader in consumer packaged goods, natural health and education. Her brands and opinion pieces have been featured in Forbes, Medium, Authority Magazine, MSN, Motherly, and SheKnows, and she has demonstrated success with multiple brands that resulted in sales and fundraising results in the multi-millions. She has both a strategic and tactical skillset, and specializes in marketing and communications strategy, branding, storytelling, content writing, buyer journey optimization, and public relations.
