Recent UX writing and content design experience

Danielle has worked in UX writing and editing for the past 5 years and is currently working as a Senior UX Writer and Editor at Canada Post. Coming from a marketing writing background, she has loved the challenge of shifting her focus from promoting a product or service to putting the interests of users first. It is a wonderful feeling knowing that her writing helps users get from point A to point B without obstacle — and delight at every turn. Canada Post’s campaigns are tested so the team is aware of their effectiveness and areas that need improvement.
