Canada Post Delivery Accommodations Project
The campaign
Canada Post accommodates people with disabilities in various ways, including how they receive their mail. I worked on a special project still currently underway which was dedicated to digitizing the application process for users.
The problem
The project was full of twists and turns as it involved many teams and existing infrastructure that could not be redesigned. Many accommodations are available and the pathways for requesting them diverged in the backend, adding complications to the project.
The solution
I worked closely with a UX designer to create the content and flow for the application process, ensuring users were able to successfully request their accommodations. I also worked on a triggered email confirmation campaign for users who submitted requests.
