Canada Post Experience Transformation project
The campaign
Canada Post is currently migrating their SAP platform to a cloud-based solution. This impacts all commercial customers in terms of how they ship, access pricing, their billing and accounting.
The problem
There are many types of commercial customers and this change affects them all in different ways. It impacts their operations directly. Canada Post needed to swiftly and clearly communicate the changes and necessary actions for customers to take before the change comes into effect in July 2025.
The solution
I created content for a special website page that was used to inform all customers of the impending changes and actions needed. I worked mostly independently and guided the visual designer in their work. The page was highly scrutinized as it affects all commercial customers. I was also the writer for a series of related emails which shared key updates.
